      <description>A longtime resident of the greater Toronto area, Andrew Sommerhalder holds a bachelor of science from the University of Toronto and studied accounting at the Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. While at Seneca, Andrew Sommerhalder served as president of Student Leaders in Accounting and Finance.

Over the course of a career that has spanned 30 years, Mr. Sommerhalder spent more than 10 years as chief financial officer, controller, and production manager of the pharmaceutical company Apotheceutics in the Toronto suburb of Richmond Hill. His other work experience in the Toronto area includes a year as a senior accountant with Perlane Construction in Markham and a year as chief financial officer and controller with Hedy Canada and GS Medical Packaging in Etobicoke.

Andrew Sommerhalder has been a group controller with Envision since 2019. In addition to managing Envision’s accounting and financial reporting operations, he facilitated the amalgamation of multiple entities into one common Shareholder group ownership.</description>
