         <description><![CDATA[<p>The name of this celebration represents the culture of the Afro-descendant culture in our country, Costa Rica, it is mostly celebrated in the province of Limon since there is more Afro culture in that place.</p><p>It's celebrated in August 31st, people do a lot of activities that day, such as</p><ul><li><p>Cooking traditional Afro-descendant meals from Limon like Patty or Rice and Beans</p></li><li><p>Enjoy the Grand Parade where there's a lot of people dancing and showing off their culture</p></li><li><p>Have fun in the mechanical games</p></li></ul><p>My favorite activity from this celebration has to be cooking the traditional foods that were mentioned before, I am a very big foodie and it's nice that people share their recipes to others, including me.</p><p>It's a very nice celebration, where we admire the vast amount of cultures in our country. ❣️</p>]]></description>
