What areas that learners need improving on, where they are now what they have done well and what criteria they may not have met during the assessment.

Giving resources and examples to support them. Involving the employers as well in the feedback to link in what the learner may need support in the workplace with aswell.

The feedback may not always be linked to the criteria but to the wider learning.

It could also be feedback that supports personal skills and social skills even time keeping and appearance.
