•The first two weeks (teaching method):

At the beginning of these two weeks, we talked about teaching methods and how to implement them in the classroom. Varied teaching or facilitation techniques and applications that are aligned with a student-centered approach allow teachers students to become familiar with the key pedagogical tools to meets to meet the individual needs of their learners. In our class, we were divided into six groups and each group discussed two types of teaching methods that are (gamification learning method, simulation-based learning, guest presentation teaching method, drama-based learning, case-based learning, skill-based learning, the snowball method, collaborative learning method, fishbowl learning method, entrepreneurial method, flipped classroom and storytelling method).

In the first method that gamification learning is that Gamification for learning is the technique of enhancing learning via the use of game mechanics. The strategies and effective examples are covered in this article. The use of game components in non-gaming contexts is known as gamification. Compared to conventional learning methods, it has a number of benefits, including:
•	Enhancing student motivation
•	enhancing memory for information
•	Improved learner involvement using social tools like badges, points, or leaderboards
Using gaming techniques to enhance learning and make it more interesting for individuals. Because games teach abilities that are useful for life, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, social awareness, cooperation, and collaboration, gamification for learning might be advantageous. Also, playing games can promote motivation, pique interest in a subject, lower dropout rates among students, boost academic performance, and improve cognitive abilities.
Simulation-based learning is training in a virtual setting that replicates actual situations and activities are known as simulation-based learning. In addition to reading theory books and attending lectures, trainees can apply practical knowledge and skills by participating in active, hands-on activities. Simulating a real-world process to provide a realistic experience in a controlled environment is referred to as "simulation." It is a location where you can make mistakes without getting hurt. Students can experiment with different scenarios using simulation-based learning to discover what works and what doesn't, as well as how they came up with the right and wrong answers. Learning via trial and error gives students the knowledge and assurance they need to use their new skills in the real world.
Then guest presentation teaching method During a guest speaker activity, students can hear about the speaker's background, company or organization, and industry while also having the opportunity to ask questions that will help them decide whether they would like to pursue a career in that field. Also, drama-based learning is a group of instructional resources (such as active dialogue, theatre games as metaphors, image work, and role play) created to go along with the curriculum in the classroom. The beauty of these approaches is that they effortlessly pique students' interest and contribute right away to developing an atmosphere conducive to focused inquiry and chances for cross-curricular learning. These methods will also keep your pupils actively engaged in the learning process and support a variety of learning styles. In the 1920s, "creative dramatics" became increasingly popular in the United States as a method of using theater as a teaching tool across the curriculum. Teachers all throughout the world have been experimenting with and improving these essential teaching tools for a long time. Then Cased-based learning Students is engaged in a discussion of specific scenarios that resemble or are typically real-world examples when using a case-based approach. This method is learner-centered, with participants interacting intensely as they build their knowledge and work as a group to examine the case. Skill-based learning teaches students specific skills. This will not only teach your students how to get the correct answer in the exercise you are using, but it will also help them find the correct answer every time they look at the same skill. The Snowball Debt Act rewards you for the profits you make on your debt consolidation journey. Pay off the smallest debt in full first, and then carry over the amount spent on that bill to the next largest payment. Focus debt payouts continue to grow. Collaborative consists of students working together on activities and learning assignments in groups small enough to ensure that everyone can participate. Students within a group can work on individual challenges that contribute to a common overall outcome or work together on common challenges. Fishbowl learning is a Strategy for organizing discussions in medium to large groups. Students are divided into inner and outer circles. In the inner circle or fishbowl, students discuss. Students in the outer circle listen to the discussion and take notes. Entrepreneurial learning “includes the complex ways in which entrepreneurs learn to adapt to their roles and develop new behaviors to negotiate leadership and business growth. Then flipped classroom is structured around the idea that lecture or direct instruction is not the best use of class time. Instead, students encounter information before class, freeing class time for activities that involve higher-order thinking. Finally, Storytelling techniques help build on what makes all stories generally work by providing a basic structure to apply to your personal story. A combination of elements of classical construction and personal originality allows you to connect with your audience in an impactful way.

•	The second two weeks (assessment tools):
In the last two weeks of this model, we talked about how to assess students. Assessment begins with the identification of the learning goals and ends with a judgment of the extent of the achievement of these goals. And we learn why we assess by guiding the learning process and identifying learners' level of knowledge acquisition than to provide evidence and finally certificate is given based on reflective competence.
We assess competence including
•	cognitive knowledge (knowing)
•	psychomotor skill(doing)
•	attitude (being)
Types of assessment are an assessment of learning (summative), assessment for learning (formative) assessment as learning (self and peer). Then we learn some other different important types of assessment like diagnostic assessment, Diagnostic assessment is the most preferred type of learning assessment to check the learner's current knowledge base. Most often this is a series of questions at the beginning of a lesson or training session to identify the learner's strengths and weaknesses before learning. And formative evaluation unlike diagnostic tests, formative assessments of learning is conducted during training or learning session to capture learner progress in real-time. It can take a variety of formats, sometimes even combining formal and informal assessment procedures such as practice quizzes, point exercises, and even short essays. A summative assessment serves as a summary test provided at the end of a course of study or training activity. This type of assessment helps coaches and educators define how much a learner has grown and improved over time and chart their overall performance. Unlike her first two assessments, the formative and summative assessments are formal and highly evaluative. This type of assessment helps coaches and educators define how much a learner has grown and improved over time and chart their overall performance. Unlike her first two assessments, the formative and summative assessments are formal and highly evaluative. Norm-based assessment, also known as NRT testing, is a type of assessment that compares a learner's knowledge and performance with others. Criterion-referenced assessment is a type of assessment that measures a learner’s learning progress or performance based on pre-determined and agreed-upon criteria and standards. With ipsative assessment and interim/benchmark assessment
