This was to have prospective tenants contact me so that I could show them around our mall's shops, introduce them to the premises, and after their visit, prepare proposals for them.

In the morning, i upload something on the system. Then, at 10:00 AM, I had a meeting with the customer to discuss the process from contract signing to opening, explaining the entire onboarding procedure. In the afternoon, I assisted in preparing a letter to the Ministry of Health (KKM) regarding the new tenant's onboarding. Additionally, my leader asked me to draft an additional contract and a letter of offer.
