7 months ago was my friend's very first time going to a club. She told me how she felt so out of place once she walked inside. The smell of alcohol made her want to throw up and seeing people grinding on each other was worse. She went with some friends, but soon was left alone at the bar section. She thought, if she shrunk a bit, no one would notice her, but unfortunately, she was wrong. A drunken man had forcefully grabbed her wrist and tried pulling her out of the club. Even with her constant yelling, no one dared to help her. Why? Because they were too busy having fun. I knew my friend would have punched the guy even before he grabbed her wrist, but something stopped her from doing that. He wasn't drunk, he just pretended. He grabbed her wrist, not because he wanted to (I mean, maybe he actually did), but because he was depressed. Yes, I thought my friend was stupid for not doing anything, but it kind of helped in a way..(?) She refused and negotiated. They actually helped each other out with their problems and even became friends after that night. Weird, right?
