It really depends on where you work at but that's the average. I'd assume they make less because I don't think it's that common of a job. 

A rewarding thing about this is that you know that you're changing someone's life.  Whenever someone doesn't understand the interpreter can make their lives easier and simpler.

Something rewarding about being an elementary teacher is, that you get to learn about many young children at a time, like many jobs I know in the Education path, let you do.

In addition to that, teachers in general get a lot of great benefits. Some of these include health insurance, 2-months off, and sick days/paid leave. 

A very challenging part of this career is to be a motivator for your students. Sometimes its hard to get kids inspired to get work done, and especially at the middle school level, it would be quite difficult. Kids at this age tend to be more obnoxious and crazy because of the changes that are happening in their life and body. As a teacher, you must be able to help your students with their drive to success.

One rewarding aspect about Elementary teachers is that you get to interact with the younger generation, and help create the generation, giving them the knowledge they need to navigate life.

As for a rewarding part of this career, I feel like it would be it would be a highly personal thing to see the actual growth and improvement of the students. 

A very challenging part of this career might be the skills required to pursue it. These skills would include patience, adaptability, and communication. I really want to focus though on students and giving them knowledge and insight on the world in a harmless but real way.
A challenge would be making sure my writing isn't taken out of context. The world of journalism is full of fake news and as a writer, especially one looking to make a difference in students lives, I want to be reliable and make sure there is no slander in my work which can be hard to avoid, that's why it's a challenge.

One rewarding part of being a high school teacher is helping students grow into adults. I say this because maybe you could be a teacher of the next doctor, or the next basketball player, r even the next teacher. To have that type of opportunity to me is just an amazing chance t help someone be a better person.

That's 140+ all the teachers, and other students in the halls. That to me is challenging.
