This group has such great energy and is so motivated! I'm going to miss being on a programs team. I hope and need to stay connected to this important aspect of our work.

Really appreciate having Jen, JM and Kate, hearing about their aspirations, and seeing our teams come together. My concern is that we have departmental silos in the past and now we have personal silos.

It's been great to join the team. It has also illustrated to me how little we knew of each others work, when I really thought I had a sense. I greatly look forward to helping some of those dreams come true!

Jen: I value learning about your work, and having you learn about the CE team. I am looking forward to contributing towards making the abfab big hairy happy dreams come true. including the ones we don't even know about yet! and to sharing more with you what we've learned and to learn more from you - all of us.

In our old meetings, we shared field updates and that allowed for a lot of collaboration. Hopefully we can have something similar to share.

I value collaborating with everyone and bouncing ideas off of one another, discussing challenges big and small and brainstorming adaptations. I hope we can continue and also that those ideas/struggles/wins continue to be passed upward along the chain of command :)
