In this video we see him talk about why leasing isn't usually the best choice now i don't completely agree with what he says because i feel like this is taking a financial look to much, in the way that he says you shouldn't lease in any situation even if wanting a new car every few years is the way you want to go, because not everybody wants to drive a car into the ground every time. But i do agree that some people do go a little to far with financing or leasing when they cant necessarily afford it

In this video the discussion is about weather you should buy your car (finance if cant pay it all) or lease it, so if you are looking for a car that you plan on wanting to own for a while it would make sense to finance the car, where as if you want to have new cars more often like every few years it makes more sense financially to lease because your paying for the best years of the car and is better than trying to trade in the car you bought 3 years ago to get very little of the value compared to the initial cost you paid

In this video i learned about the basics of buying a house vs renting the house and why you gotta make the decision based on your situation, this includes things like of course having enough money to put the down payment down on the house while if this awnser is yes for you you also have to consider the cost of the mortgage and all the utilities and extra costs that come with being a home owner. For people that dont have the money to put a down payment down or enough for the costs of owning a house it is a better idea to rent so you are able to save and grow your money for your future and possibly a house

In this video i learned from more of a renting point of view is that there is more benefits of renting than i thought. For example in certain situations it can make more sense to rent even when your in a situation to buy a home. A situation which most makes the sense to rent when you can buy is if you are single and have enough money for a down payment instead of getting a house rent and invest into other things to grow your money also because as of now the market in Canada is very high so there is a chance the housing market could decline.

Renting vs buying your home, which should you chose. Recently the housing market has been rising like crazy really making it difficult for first time home buyers to get into that new house, but that has also affected the cost of renting to, this is because of obvious things like the home owners are paying more for mortgage now than ever and usually they add extra money on top of the cost of hydro, electricity, etc. so although renting can sometimes cost more than the actual mortgage and stuff like that it is because people don't have enough money to put down on a house for the down payment and is why some families are never able to make it into a house of their own.

In recent time we have seen house prices sky rocket with means that down payments for the houses are also going up like crazy, this is a big reason to why a lot of people and families cant get into their first house, now the government has had things in place to help combat that and make it a little easier for the down payment, but recently Justin Trudeau has put in place a way to help first time home buyers get a 10% loan towards new homes down payments to help those who cant save up enough money along wit a 5% loan for buying not new homes and i feel as if this is good thing especially for millennial's, personally it is something that kinda put me a little at ease

Leasing or buying a vehicle are both options that come with a different set of advantages and disadvantages, and making the right decision is based on your personal needs and situation. According to Statistics Canada, the average Canadian puts 20 per cent of their income towards an auto loan every year which in my opinion is a pretty big amount of someones paycheck to just be going to their car and that doesn't include gas, insurance and other fees that come with having a car

If you are in the market for getting a new car i would make the suggestion to finance a a used car that is 1 or 2 years old because that is when you will see the biggest dip in the price of the car because after that you can see the value kind of flat line and it wont lose value as rapidly ass it did in those first 1 or 2 years. Let someone else pay that amount and lose the most money that way when they return it for a new one your only paying a fraction of the cost and it usually only has minimal mileage on it which can allow you to drive it for at least 7 years or you can decide to sell it or trade it in later and wont have gotten hit as hard as the guy who bought it new and sold it 2 years later
