The fact that I got the change to learn, understand and analyze this standing topic throughout the semester gave me an understanding of the risk factors, symptoms, its danger, treatment and everything between of the disease.  I have always given importance to cancer but I have now learned more than I did, I learned how to fit information and summarize it into an easy to understand infographic, I made stopmotion videos that allowed me to immerse into the topic and find unconventional ways to teach it and I even got to interview an expert.

Since we needed to be experts in this topic, with all the research that we did, I found my self learning more about the risk factors and more importantly how can I take care of myself in other to prevent this. We got a chance to talk with an expert on the topic that gave us little tips and life hacks that can improve the heath of your skin. I also can conclude that I learn how to structure a APA format in the right way and how to be summarize information in a more brief and elegant way. With this project I really learnt about skin cancer. I think this project helped us to know about it. The information we collected can help us in the future to take care of our health, knowing the symptoms and how to prevent it. What we gathered, can be used to promote self care and can really help others. I really enjoyed the different phases of this project because we were able to fully understand this disease from the causes, to the symptoms and treatments. 
I never gave too much attention to skin cancer specifically, but with this project I will now be precocious, and look for any signs or symptoms within myself and others.
