meso: A much more organised scheduling for interns to avoid overworking. Avoid using same interns for both day and night shifts. Cooperation between the team  and co-workers and if one member fails to come to work on time and it burdens the workload onto other interns then it must be act upon. 

macro: counselling and time out should be given to workers who are burn out or exhausted with the workload so that they are not demotivated and dreaded.
