It's my own experience. I have a younger brother when washing dishes. Mother will call me. I used to ask for a reason. Mother replied only because the younger brother is a man. I think washing dishes doesn't matter what gender they are. All genders are equal.

I personally have no experience of being racist, but I can see from Chinese or traditional Thai dramas where men can go to government service or have multiple wives. While women in those days could not do the same. If they do, they will either be executed or be condemned for these dramas, showing that this inequality value is promoted by the masses and violators are subject to severe penalties.
