The CIIT library offers 3 new programs and services for the students queries and information needs online. The first one is the Tawk.to a Librarian, the student can send questions or inquiries about the library whenever a librarian is online. The second one is the online resources, the student can easily read ebooks that the CIIT library has. The third and last service is the book delivery service, the students can choose a book of their liking that is available in the CIIT library and will be delivered in their house.
