         <description><![CDATA[<div>Private Soldier: Follow Orders, Follow rules and regulations, Be at the right place at the right time<br><br>Lance Corporal: To get promoted to lance corporal, you may get promoted after phase 2 training so about 3-4 years. Lance corporals are required to supervise and give discipline if necessary to private soldiers <br><br>Corporal: In charge of lance corporal and the privates<br>Sergeant: To acquire the rank of 'Sergeant' you must have served approximately 12 years within the army. The sergeant is in control of a squad/section. <br><br>Staff Sergeant: The staff sergeant makes sure everything is booked. For example he/she makes sure vehicles and training equipment are all ready for the lower ranks to use. <br><br></div>]]></description>

The role focuses on training, welfare and discipline of the squad/section.<br> <br>Second Lieutenant: They complete special arms training relevant to their corps, afterwards they at responsible for up to 30 soldiers in a troop. <br><br>First Lieutenant: They command a troop of around 30 soldiers as well as gain skills outside their unit. <br><br>Captain: They command up to 120 soldiers, they also plan and make decisions for ground operations.</div>]]></description>

Oversees all officers on duty at that time, there is usually a duty inspector at one time. <br>Chief inspector: usually 2 or 3 working on any borough. They would oversee response teams  or police neighbourhood teams. <br><br>Super intendant: These at responsible for operations or crime or partnerships.
