we filled up the portfolio introducing the team members, specifying the task distribution, and showing ongoing tasks. the task i chose was editor of the magazine. i will be overseeing the whole magazine especially the articles, and i will be adjusting them accordingly if needed. the writers position and editors position were the first ones that caught my attention and i'm glad i managed to obtain one of them.

2pm we had a meeting with the lecturers to show our progress so far as well as discuss upcoming tasks such as t-shirt design, and the modular cube project. i'm quite nervous about this modular cube thing but hopefully everything will turn out alright.

after that is all done, we need to finalise whether we are going with the regular vertical wall garden or the hydroponic one (gotta ask the lecturers if we have to use hydroponic systems in our designs)

we decided to get rid of the rotating cubes because, although interesting, they served no purpose and connections to make the cube rotate would eliminate the possibility of them being easily removed to gift the cubes to communities. so we will have two prototypes. one with two rows; top being sliding drawers and/or led cubes, bottom being regular sliding cubes for putting growing vegetable plants and other, and led cubes for germinating seedlings. 

practicality is key, and this horizontal configuration mirrors the long horizontal shelves already existent in taman hati itself.

independence is important, surely, especially when it comes to coming up with your own creative designs. but when it comes to executing said ideas, successfully communicating with other people is important.

i want to thank the lecturers for providing us with such a memorable semester full of new and fun experiences, and i want to thank all of my coursemates for being a part of this experience and giving this semester so much to remember it by.
