         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that the people who conduct background checks should be able to access the records because They should be able to know all about the person in order to have a true background check. If someone has a juvenile court record that is important to put on background checks. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe that they should be able to access juvenile court records.  It's the employer's choice who they want to hire, and if they don't want to hire someone with a juvenile record they deserve to have that choice.  If the employer knows what  things are on the juvenile record they can also watch out for certain things so that nothing bad happens to the other employees or to the ones with juvenile records.</div>]]></description>

So many thing effect the decision when you are young like your parents or the  neighborhood that you grew up in and you can't bass some one off of there childhood past becasue that not fair. </div>]]></description>

I don't think that If someone has changed they should be looked at and judged upon it. I think that most jobs you really should need one and I don't think it is that fair either if they look at things that are from your past when you brain isn't fully developed quite yet.</div>]]></description>

I think that  most jobs dont really need that and I think it is wrong for them to do that. I think that some poeple can change and they can make life decisions and they can be a whole different adult than they were as a kid. I think that many people are good people as an adult even if teir juveile court records dont look to good.</div>]]></description>

I dont think that they should look at juvenile cases or records because your not fully developed. But they should defenitly look and see if they have a record as an adult because that can tell you a lot about who the person it.
