Hi. Welcome to my post. My name is Khuong. I am a student at Ha Noi University of industry. I will talk about my idea office. My idea office would have an ocean view, i will see the beautiful scenery when I drink coffee. On the wall, there is a clock and some pictures. In there i would have my computers, printers, and the other office facilities. I am a person who likes food and comfort. There is a cabinet with lots of snacks and a warm bed. That bed is on the right of the room, the cabinet is next to the bed. When I was tired, I would rest on this bed. I put a small pot of bonsai on my desk, it helps me focus more on work. That is my idea office. I look forward to my office in the future.

Everyone has their own dream job. I also have a dream about my job in the future, it 's an accountant. I chose accounting because I like working with numbers and counting money. If possible, I want to work at a large foreign company. It's great that the company is near my home. I will work in the company's accounting department. My colleagues are very funny, responsible and considerate of others. I work as a paymaster accountant. My job is to compile, record and track workers' working time. I will calculate 1 month's salary, bonuses, allowances and give the money to the workers. I need to have professional skills, office information technology skills, and observation, analysis, and synthesis skills. In addition, I need to be honest, careful and love my job. It is still a long way to go to my dream career, and I am sure I will always learn new and necessary things to be a good accountant.

Every college student has a company they want to work for after college. I am a student in the accounting department of Hanoi University of Industry. So in the future, i want to work as a shop for fpt group. FPT is a company in the top 20 largest private enterprises in Vietnam with 3 business areas including: Technology, Telecommunications and Education. I want to work as an acountant. My main job is to make invoices for purchasing and selling electronic equipment. I will calculate 1 month's salary, bonuses, allowances and give the money to the shop staffs. I want to work for fpt shop because: Firstly, this company has many subsidiaries. I can work at the branch near my house. That’s great because i will have time for my family and myself. Second, fpt’s staffs are friendly and help each other in their work. Third, the equipment here is modern and easy to use. The workplace is always cool and clean. In the end, the salary is reasonable. It will help me have a comfortable life. I hope i can do good work in the future.

UNIT4: OFFICE ETIQUETTE

I am a finance manager in Vin group. I have about 50 employees. Each of they has different characteristics and personalities. To be able to manage them effectively, I have set up office etiquettes. Employees should arrive at the company before 7:30 a.m and start work at 8:00 a.m. You should go to work early or go to work on time and avoid being late to work, or you ought not to leave the office during working hours. With the dress code, men should wear suits and wonmen should wear skirts and shirts . If i were you, i would treat everyone politely , kindnessly and respectfully,... At the company, you had better not gossip and listening pressure, you had better to talk about work related topics. In addition, you should avoid interrupting others, bringing smelly food, call in sick too late,... You should turn off your cellphone or turn it to silent to advoid disturbed with other people. Hope you are a good employee, and everyone loves and respects you

Unit 5: office problems

I am an accountant. I work for The gioi di dong. This is a chain of stores specializing in selling electronic devices. Last week was bad week for me. I had many problems in my office. Firstly, the printer in my office broke down and I couldn't print documents, so I had to go to the administrative office. I needed to print some documents. That is inconvenient. I contacted printer repair but they said it took three days to solve my problem. Then the computer screen also broke so I couldn't do all my work during work hours, so I had to work overtime until late at night. However, my colleagues are very friendly, they helped me when I had difficulties such as allowing me to use the printer, carrying heavy documents for me. I am very grateful to them and I hope I never have these problems at the office again.

I am a 2nd year student majoring in accounting at Hanoi University of Industry. I am going to graduate from university in 2 years. Next I will talk about my career plans after graduation. I am going to apply for an accounting position at a foreign company. That company is in my hometown, Thai Binh. There are many reasons why I chose to apply there. First, the company is near my home so it's easy for me to move. Second, I will have more time for my family. Third, Thai Binh’s air is healthier than in Hanoi city. I am going to learn office IT skills and office manager skills to easily be employed. If my plan succeeds, i will get high salary, opportunities for career development. I am going to try my best to make this plan a success

As an accountant, I would love to work for a multinational corporation like Alibaba. For me, a family health insurance is essential because it provides security for me and my family. In addition, I would appreciate benefits that support work-life balance, such as flexible working hours or the option to work remotely. The company car will help me travel conveniently. Among all these benefits, the one I value the most is professional development opportunities. As an accountant, staying current with industry trends and enhancing my skills is crucial for my career growth.
