        Today is beginning of my SIEP 3.  So, for this time, I tend to choose to work at a bakery shop in named Qasra Enterprise. As for today, I have started my job at 9 o'clock in the morning. Firstly, I have been introduced toward my co-workers. At that time, there are only two staff which is Kak Nurul and Kak Ana as the others one are having her holiday. 
        But, I only meet with the owner's daughter, Kak Ayuni as the owner are having her Hajj at Mekah. For my first day, Kak Ayuni only order me to do simple job like sweeping the floor, take order and others. She also asks we to

        As for today, I went to Qasra Enterprise at 9 o' clock in the morning. I started my job with sweeping the floor, washing the plates, arranging the customer's table and chairs and others.
        Next, I have assigned to take order of the customer that come. From that, I can improve my communication skills and confident level. 
      On this day, my job is only observing and learning from the other staffs as I am new in this shop. I have learned on how to make a customer's drinks, preparing ingredients for the cookies, bread and cakes and others.
I have gained new knowledge and experience today. My works end at 5 P.M.

        For my third day,  as usual, I started my job at 9 a.m . As usual I do my routine like sweeping the floor and others. 
       At this shop, people will be crowded in the morning because of they like to having their breakfast here to start their days. The menu that available to the customer is sausage roll, sandwich, curry puff and bread. 
     So, my duty for today is to entertain the customer by selling the foods. During peak hours likes after the school session end, the students from nearer school will comes to buy the foods. I have been assign to entertain the students and take order of customer that want to eat there. 
       Today, I have learned new knowledge on how to entertain and handle customers. My works end at 5 p.m.

          As for today, I came a bit earlier as Kak Ayuni have informing me and other staff that there are customer that ordering 200 pieces of sausage roll for the school banquet. So, my job is preparing the ingredient that need such as wash and boil the sausage,  roll the sausage into the bread and frying the sausage roll. Since the customer want it at 10 a.m we need to rush in order to finished the order.
       After that, as usual I am helping others staff to take the order, wash the plates that used, entertain the customer and made a drink to the customers that come. 
     My coworker also give me a chance to help them doing a cookies such as pineapple tart and samperit.

       Today is my fifth day working in Qasra Enterprise. I come to work at 9.00 a.m. As usual, before starting my job, I have to unsure the cleanliness of the shop by sweeping the floor, wiping the customer's and workplace table, washed the plate used and others.
     After that I am helping the others staff to finished the order of  cookies for upcoming Eid Al-Adha. Qasra Enterprise usually got many ordered by customer especially during celebration like Eid Fest and others celebration.
     As the are six staff including me, we are divided the task to make different cookies. As for me, I have been order to help Kak Ana to make Samperit. I am so excited as Samperit is my favorite cookies.
After that, before the shop is closed, I do my usual job like sweeping and mopping the floor and others. My work ends at 5.00 p.m.

       As for today, I started my job at 10.00 a.m as Kak Ayuni told us that the shop is opened a bit late. After I arrive at the shop, I have doing my usual job like sweeping the floor and others. 
    After that, Kak Ayuni have order me to help her checking the raw material that she ordered from the supplier. From this, I have learned new things on how to make a deal and handle the supplier . The supplier that come to shop at this time is from SP Aroma Sdn Bhd. My duty is to check all the material to make sure the goods are adequate, usable, and have not expired based on the list that given from Kak Ayuni. 
       After that, I helped others worker to finished the order of cookies and entertain the customer that come to the shop

        Today, the seventh day of my SIEP. I started my work at 9 o'clock in the morning. As usual, I do my job like sweeping and cleaning the workplace. After that, I frying the frozen sausage roll, curry puff and others. I also have duties to make a drink that ordered by the customer. 
      After that, Kak Ayuni asking me to accompany her to the customer's house. The customer have ordering a birthday cake, cream puff and cheesy meatball for her daughter's birthday and requested to send it at her home. 
Before we going to her house, I am helping the others staff to packing the foods and make a resit of the purchase. 
We have arrive at the customer's house at 2 p.m. After that, I am helping Kak Ayuni to bring the foods to the house.          Today, I am going to my workplace at 8.30 a.m. As usual I am helping the staff to serve the customer that come for their breakfast. 
      After that,  as Eid Adha is approaching, we are very busy to finish the order by the customers and the resellers. We are dividing ourself to two group to make it faster. I am helping Kak Nurul to do cooikies which is Almond Landon. I have been duty to coated the cookies with chocolate and pack it to the cookies' containers. 
   After that, I have given a chance to do Chocolate Almond at my own by follow the instruction of Kak Nurin. 
    I have gained new knowledge and experience that I will cherish and remembering in my lifetime.       Today is my eighth day in Qasra Enterprise. I started my works at 9.00 a.m. I doing my routine task which is sweeping the floor, wiping the customers' table and others. I also serve the customer that come to breakfast here.
     After that,  as usual I am helping my co-workers to make a cookies that ordered by the customers or the resellers. Today, I am helping Kak Ana to make a Samperit.
     At 2 p.m, after having a lunch and pray, Kak Ayuni have informed us that there will be a reseller that want to pick up the order. So, I have been ordered to help Kak Nurin and Kak Ayuni to pack the cookies based on the reseller's  ordered. I have to check the list of order and calculate the amount of the order to make sure that there are no overlooked.
    My works was ends at 5 p.m.

        Finally today is my last day working in Qasra Enterprise. Alhamdulillah I have managed to finish my SIEP 3 for this semester. As usual, I came to work at 9 o'clock in the morning. I am doing my routine work to unsure the cleanliness of the shop. I also help my co-workers to make a sandwich and sausage roll that demanded by the customers. 
     After that, as usual, I helping my co-workers to finish up the order of cookies before the customers pick up. Today, I have given a chance to make new cookies which is Rainbow cookies. For me, this cookies is the most difficult cookies to be made as it need a patience and meticulous from the maker.  But I was excited to learn new things. 
      After that, as today is my last day, my manager, Kak Ayuni and others staff are treating me a lunch at KFC.  I am so touched and happy at the same time. I am so thankful to have a manager and co-workers like them that help me a lot and give me a good experience while working in Qasra Enterprise.
