If they can't pay off those fines, they can't graduate.This is a common occur in the theatre scene, since the program doesn't have enough funding to not have to force kids to pay to be in it. Sport however, easily get the funding they need. If we get the arts the money, students might find something they truly love. 
So in short, the art should be integrated into STEM, that way. Student won't have to pay to do what they love. No student will be cry because they couldn't sell those ten tickets. they won't get fined.

Being in art and music classes allows you ti be attentive, analytical, and creative. So many students today are so bored in school and are loosing their creative touch. Many view our core classes determine our future but it is us who decide what we do with that. As we all know one side of our brain deals with core classes and the other deals with being creative.
