1.The best part of this product is it is completely integrated with Windows 10 as well as the office suite. I can make modifications to an office file such as word, and then send it to another colleague who can continue on in the editing process. Multiple copies do not need to be saved. It is a very fluid process

2.Allow other people to collaborate with your work or simple to work together on the same file. good integration with office 365 and windows. Allows you to work offline or keep all your files on the cloud without making copies to your hard drive
