ROMA! I can't even like put into words how great it's been to learn from your leadership and mentorship during this weird season of life. You're incredible at balancing insane responsibility with a fun attitude and managing to build a little empire of OPS people all at the same time. Roma, you will truly be missed, probably by me the most, ;-)
as you have been a great leader of this team and are most definitely beloved by all, not just your Ops Team, but by all of PS and others in Rackspace.

I'm happy to see you move on to a new chapter of your life and greater career growth but also selfishly sad to not have you here with us.

Life has a way of always working out. I know this next opportunity for you will be amazing. So grateful that you, Myles and Kendall found me when you did (and to see how big the team is now!!).
