- This year, having empathy and being sensitive to the needs of others are just some of the values I will always bring with me wherever life takes me, and these made me a better servant leader. As I step out of myself and embrace others, I will always carry with me these valuable things, which helped me become a better version of myself. By being empathic and sensitive, I have learned to love people at their most unlovable state. Handling 2 levels helped me learn how to constantly communicate with people. Aside from that, I have learned that nothing happens by chance. All things I have experienced this year prepared me for bigger things that are in stored for me.
