(Source B) Its environmentally conscious because tiny houses won't occupy as much land as average-sized houses, leaving room to build more tiny houses. A tiny house neighborhood could be built where 4 regular sized houses would be.

Tiny house people have more savings for choosing a simple way of life. With a tinier house you do not have as much space to maintain financially.
  ~As stated in source C the total cost of a house over 30 years is $1,073,000 (Source C). Saving money is a concept most people try to learn. With living in a tiny house, and a minimalistic lifestyle, people have more money to save than spending unnecessary amounts on a house.
