You can set a reminder or event in your calendar to choose one student to recognize every month/week/unit. You can establish a clear routine that students look forward to, like a Student of the Month page (tangible) on your class website and invite parents to send in a picture for the website after you explain how their students has been successful (parent communication)!! This should be shared class wide and even possibly grade wide in your building!</div>]]></description>
