         <description><![CDATA[<p>Mutually exclusive project: this type of project is one in which choosing one option precludes the selection of any other alternatives, you can say that the projects are competing with each other for the same resources or market opportunities, this means that you cannot use the two of them simultaneously because they serve the same purpose or target the same market.</p><p><br></p><p>Independent investment project: This Projects when the acceptance or rejection of one project does not affect the acceptance or rejection of another project, they are standalone projects with no direct relationship or impact on each other, as the name says these projects can be evaluated and implemented independently of each other.</p><p><br></p><p>Contingent investment project: here the acceptance of one project is contingent upon the acceptance or outcome of another project, so the success or failure of one project is dependent on the occurrence of certain conditions related to another project, this means that these projects are interconnected, and the implementation of one project is reliant on specific circumstances or outcomes related to another project.</p>]]></description>
