Clear- That Sundays will be off and that I need to carry my iron box.

Cloudy- How does TFI manages to seek permission from relevant authorities to place its teaching fellows who do not have the set degree as required by the govt. for teaching?

After our discussion so far, I now have a much clearer understanding of what the two-year fellowship with Teach For India will entail and what our goals will be during this time. For now nothing is cloudy but if I have any further questions, I'll be sure to ask during our next session. Clear - what is our short term goal is as a fellow and what all this two year fellowship includes.

Cloudy - how would Teach for India managed for their fellow a government job with diverse educational background.

After yesterday's session, the following things are clear and cloudy respectively:-

Clear: a basic understanding of the short-term theory of change, a broad idea of the outline of the TFI fellowship journey, the various ways in which TFI helps its fellows with regards to post-fellowship opportunities, and also how this is equally a leadership program as much as a teaching program.
Cloudy: I have a few questions regarding the HRA and salary which I would surely ask in the coming Learning Circle.

Overall, the learning circle was wholesome and informative, and it has only made me more excited about the fellowship!

Clear- As a TFI fellow, hardships will come our way but it will transform into becoming a milestone.

Cloudy- Why does TFI discourages its fellows from indulging into any other thing such as higher education/other interviews while one is a fellow?

The learning circle was really a beautiful space where we could share and ask freely, I am really grateful to have been a part of one! In the last session, the following things were clear and cloudy:-

Clear: the general details about the arrival and departure from Institute 2.

Nothing per say is cloudy presently, however, I would surely soon reach out to Samvedan or the assigned POC to discuss details of my departure, or if i have any other relevant questions.
