1. The patient will participate in activities of daily living by getting up in the morning to brush his teeth, get dressed, and walk to the dining room by the end of the shift.

3. The client will be able to identify the date and time without prompting as evidenced by the patient taking his morning BP and verbalizing the date and time by the end of the shift.
