         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our group would measure effective teaching though the Third Model focusing on the Primary Criteria of Equality, Equity, Fairness, and Justice. This model demonstrated high reliability, as did model 4, but had a greater emphasis on the primary criteria of equity. Having an observation done by a third party would increase even more the equality and fairness, but would be in fact harder to implement. </div>]]></description>
