the time I hurt my arm last
summer and I did it by hitting
a back flip off the swing at the park I went the hospital and my doctor said the I have broke my arm.they had to put metal in
my arm I had a red cast and they did surgery on my arm stayed in the hospital for three days!!!!! it was not a good day I was crying a lot.it was very unsafe I didn't get to see my brother and I was so sad and I never did that again!!!!!!!!!!!!

The time i hurt my self was long long long time ago.I was playing on my scoter and BAM i fell off i and i was bleading.I was crieing so hard i almost hade to go to the hospitel because i almost broke someting in my head!!!!!!!!!
I hade a horibel day:( :( :( :( But i edlest was aok so well thats it.
THE END.but scholl made me beter i hate hate it when that hapens because i stinks some time and i dont like it.I am hopeing and praying that that dose not hapen again becaues it hurt so so badly.
