By locating near other industrial company, it allows the government to group all of these companies to be only in the location thats already contaminated. If they’re located in another area that wasn’t corrupted from the amount of waste and CO2 being produced, it would worsen the pollution problem that is going on in UK specifically. Being located near residence can receive negative feedbacks from citizens nearby being affected and this would also affect brand image.

Locating near other industrial company can also decrease cost in transportation of materials and also open to business cooperating together for supplies or production.
