I am an English teacher for eight years and working in a secondary school in Adana, Turkey.

I graduated from Selcuk University. I also have a master degree in English language teaching from Cukurova University.

I am interested in global issues, so I have participated in national and international projects such as eTwinning or Erasmus+projects because I want to raise awareness among my students on environmental issues.

In my free time, I love reading and searching about culture, nature, science and health magazines. I am also crazy about cats :))))

Hi from Portugal. I'm an EFL teacher, currently teaching in Soure, about 30 km away from the world famous university town of Coimbra. I was born in S. João da Madeira, a small city near Porto, in the North / Centre of Portugal. I graduated from Porto University, English and French languages.
I've been a teacher for 28 years ( God, I think I'm the oldest one!!!). I've been teaching in the same school for 25 years - Agrupamento de Escolas de Arrifana, Santa Maria da Feira. I enjoy learning new techniques and using Web-2.0 tools in my classes. I believe students get really involved in activities. I'm currently involved in eTwinning projects and Erasmus+. I also have a blog "Travelling around English" that I use in my English lessons and my students appreciate following it.
Well, in my free time I'm really fond of riding my bike, walking my lovely dogs, taking them to the beach, reading a good book, gardening, being with my family and walking by the seaside. I live at the seaside and I feel lucky.
I have got two daughters and a seven months old grandson. Being with him is the best of my "free time activities".
I'm glad to be in this project since I'm interested in environmental issues. I believe we are a great team developing an even greater project. 😊

Hello everyone I am Rita from Italy. I am an English teacher, a wife and a mother of a son and a daughter that are now at university. My city is called Terni and is located in the centre of the country. It is called "the green heart of Italy" because it is rich in rolling green hills, shady woods and wide plains. I have been teaching English in a middle school for about ten years but I used to teach in secondary schools and primary schools as well. I graduated at the University of Rome in foreign languages, I carried out several refresher courses in the UK and France and I am literally passionate about English and English culture. I am interested in etwinning projects and would like to be more experienced because I am trying to innovate and become a more meaningful teacher. I would also like to exchange good practices with colleagues from other countries and to expose my pupils to real peer contact in which the real language is used for real communication. Ours is an etwinning school, we have an etwinning ambassador and currently a Ka1 project for job shadowing and a Ka2 project in progress for students' exchange with Germany, Spain and France that are actually at a standstill because of the coronavirus. Over the years we have hosted teachers from France, Bulgaria and Finland and in turn we have visited a French school in the experience called job shadowing. I am a quiet and collaborative person, I love music, nature, reading, going to the cinema and the theatre, enjoying good food (no wonder as this is Italian style) and keeping fit taking long walks especially by the sea that I reach in an hour drive. It takes some time but it's worthwhile and regenerating. I believe in sharing and cooperation for the achievement of a common goal as well as professional and spiritual enrichment. I strive to convey these values to my students and I am positive that etwinning is one of the best ways to achieve my goal.
