         <description><![CDATA[<div>The point that I relate to is that no one can understand me. I don't know when I first realize and feel that but when I did, I start to appreciate my mother more since she is the one that fully understands me, or tries to understand me. She also, the one who tries to get my other family member to understand me. Actually, this realization doesn't really make me sullen through the past  years but made me start writing down my feelings so I could have a better understanding of my self.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe it was the part when the author stated that adults don’t really understand us, or that’s how us teens feel. I tend to become incredibly frustrated with why adults have such a problem/difficulty to understand how we feel, or why we do things. Most of the time adults don’t even care to listen to your reasoning or logic which is even more frustrating. It seems rather malevolent, that they don’t even give us a chance to explain ourselves. </div>]]></description>

If everyone is the same life wouldn’t be the same everything someone does everyone else will do it, but if everyone has their differences it’s how we can find new things in life, new meaning, new adventures, new creations. For example, Martin Luther King Jr. when he said his speech, he changed the world he made everyone think differently and, no one would do what he did because people tried to be the same and he was the only one that stood out and said that, he got the people to stand up and speak and helped the community come together. And that’s why I think being different is a good thing. </strong></div><div> </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>the only thing I can think of is when a relative died, and everybody seemed to be sullen and shocked, while I was searingly calm, and I didn't feel like I was suppressing my emotions, so for me, instead of being sad and cry, I was kind of happy and didn't feel any type of apprehension. when I look back to this now, I feel so dumb. an explanation that I can think of is that I was shocked like everyone, but my brain couldn't fully understand what happened, so I just stayed normal until my brain fully got what was happening that day</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>the last time I  felt anxious was 2 days ago or something near this because I was stressed about my terrible time management skills that will lead me to complete failure If I got anxious I would usually keep being anxious until the day ends which would give me a lot of apprehension and stress and makes me think that whatever will happen in that day will be a catastrophe but now I realized that maybe I can manage my anxiety by distracting myself a bit and try to replace my thoughts with positive ones that will make me feel better.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe that the way she proposed is kind of effective and maybe enough to control our emotions. As the human emotions are so complicated that even adults can't process them sometimes...so imagine how hard it is for children/young adults.Sometimes the most common answer to "why we lose control over our emotions?" is that that we don't understand them in the first place so they get tumultuous and overwhelming. First step is to lear  about how our emotions work to get a better grasp at understanding them. Secondly to try to find our "happy place" in our mind by experiencing lots of strategies-suggested by professionals or even invent one our own- in order to find the most suitable one for ourselves.Understanding our emotions can be a long,hard,tough journey but it's definitely worth it.</div>]]></description>

I think that the only logical step that my dear cerebral cortex is suggesting right now is try to talk to myself more.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Generally one would feel the need to avoid such negative emotions ,however, with the anxiety that I have, it really makes it worse. Knowing that apprehension , and emotions in general, actually affects my health or possibly kill me is causing me greater anxiety than imaginable, it is elusive to control such anxiety which kind of makes things worse. Trying to impose numbness or less anxiousness on yourself Is difficult, seeing as it isn’t a task that can be done so simply, especially knowing that suppressing such emotions cause an even worse outcome then working them out. This came out a little more lament than expected however it’s better confronting problems then suppressing and keeping them stoic. And as teens say now a days, thank you for listening to my ted talk :) </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think I agree with the theory to a certain extent I believe that not everything is true because I met friends that are literally a mix of all the types he mentioned and sometimes some of the things can apply to people and others not. What is true is that I discovered my attachment style and how I am not really self reliant and that I like to feel the attention from the people that I care about all the time which can sometimes sabotage the whole friendship. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I guess I have a friend who is depressed but his depression is not like a melancholy or with no reason she suffers from what she thinks of as irremediable depression because she lost her father a couple of years ago and after time elapsed she got a bit better but still she can become depressed for 2 months then feels good for 1 week from what I learned today I realized that I shouldn't keep telling that everything is fine and you are strong and all this but I should ask her to seek mental help from a professor and  maybe just helping her by finding some places that are responsible for mental health in our city</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have always thought that dreams happen in the stage when we are not fully in deep sleep and that our  brain turns to this kind of cinema when we sleep so we can see dreams so it is just like a movie and it has nothing to do with reality. I thought that when we have a recurring dream it is because we did not remember the dream when we woke up so our brain wants to repeat it so we enjoy it again. I know that all those thoughts are really childish and weird but that was how I used to think of dreams</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>well, yes I think that the less we sleep the more we will be stressed, mad and angry  on the next day and I think that this happens because when we sleep less hours our brain will not have enough time to kind of recreate or rest or renew itself and the particles of it because I think that it takes us like and an hour and a half or two to become in the really deep stage of sleeping where our brain somehow rests or recreates the particles so if we slept less our brain will not have enough time to be awoke and healthy for the next day which will result in a bad mood and will affect our mental state</div>]]></description>
