By promoting sports or exercise, Students can be protected from obesity and sustain active lifestyle.

However, the best way to figure out this problem is to intake healthy food for getting abundant nutrients and to cut down on unhealthy food. Fatty foods which are the biggest matter in the world should be regulated by the government. For example, The provision of junk food in school meals has to be banned in order to deal with the problem of overweight students.

A solution for this sedentary Lifestyle is the introduction of a wider range of sport classes in school.

Moreover, the school maintains often over nearly the whole day.

Increasing the amount of time that is spent on sports in school, it is one of the ways for dealing with children being overweight, but is not the only option to deal with that issue. Let us explain our option, that is focusing more in a healthy diet rather than increasing the amount of time that kids spend doing exercise.

First it is agreed, that one of the main things that has to be considered is having a healthy diet, because it can prevent illnesses and it can also help body’s health, although doing exercise is one of the best ways for reducing the chances for illnesses, in this case it can not be the best way for dealing with schools and children with obesity, because if we spend more time doing exercise, it can lead to leave out some classes by replacing them with sports or it can also make the classes longer, so instead of choosing that, by replacing the food is an easier and not that significant change for schools to make, and it can reduce the amount of kids being overweight.

So in conclusion choosing a healthy diet is the most effective method to improve kids health and not making such bigger changes.
