         <description><![CDATA[<div>Disrespect means to treat another person badly. This can be through mind games, putting them down by saying hurtful things, or by invading their privacy.  <br><br>An example of disrespect would be calling your partner inappropriate names, or by exposing their private secrets. <br><br>If you are experiencing this kind of behavior in a relationship, the most important thing to do is know your worth, and tell them what they say is not true, stand up for yourself, say how much their words are affecting you and discuss some points of boundaries in your relationship. <br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Anger is a strong feeling of annoyance or madness, and taking appropriate actions to get their point across. <br><br>An example of anger in a relationship would be physical or verbal abuse, because you didn't do what they asked you to.<br><br>If you experience anger in a relationship, keep your distance, and talk to the person once they have calmed down. If you see warning signs of this behavior following them through the relationship, the best decision would be to leave them. Get help from someone else if needed. These kinds of situations can get extremely dangerous. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Guilt is when another person makes someone feel bad is order to get them to do something or to have the upper hand. <br><br>An example of guilt would be telling someone your going to do something (like hurt yourself) if they don't do something for you.<br><br>If you experience guilt in your relationship, talk with your partner, find out why they are acting like this. Help them seek therapy is needed. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Put-downs are when someone calls you names, belittles you, or embarrasses you, and makes you feel like anything less that what you are. <br><br>An example of put-downs would be telling someone something negative about them because they do what you want.<br><br>If you, or anyone you know is experiencing put-downs in their relationship, the best thing to do is to 1) know you're worth more than what they say, 2) talk to them, let them know how awful their words make you feel, or 3) leave the relationship if they continue to belittle you.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Family members can always help talk to the person keeping you away from people you want to see.
