Ever since I was an infant I obviously couldn't do anything on my own, so I was very dependent on my parents. Even if I wasn't conscious about life I probably gave all of my trust into my parents efforts for taking care of me. I know that my parents took good care of me back then because without their efforts my journey throughout this life wouldn't even exist in the first place.

I enjoyed playing with others kids even if I sometimes had tantrums when things didn't go the way I wanted it to be. One of the biggest things I have done during these time is when I learned how to ride a bike without any practice wheels.

During adolescence, I began to explore myself since I was fully independent and I do not need people to guide me on what to do. I started to care more about my appearance, building strong connections and friendships with other people, and exploring new interest like going to the gym or playing sports that Im interested in. I faced many challenges like balancing academics and personal life but I somehow manage to find a way to cope with these challenges. A memorable experience was joining the cheerdance competition and won the championship, it was a very random activity to join and I barely have any interest with it yet I continue to work hard and found out that it was fun and it was also worth the experience.

1. What was your Personality Type according to the 16-Personalities Test (MBTI-Inspired Test)? Do you agree with the result? Why or why not?

My personality type according to the personality test is ENTJ-T (Commander). I kinda agree with the result because I have some experience in taking charge during groupworks and organizing tasks to reach clear goals. I tend to be a bit overwhelmed because all accountability will indeed go to me because I have to manage my team but still I have to do my task as a leader. I sometimes also realize that I can be too direct or impatient at times, so learning to be more empathetic and flexible is something I should continue to work on.

2. How can your Personality Type help you become a person with and for others?

As an ENTJ-T, my personality helps me become a person with and for others by using my leadership skills to guide and support those with me. This encourages me to make things better not just for myself, but for the whole group, and I’m sometimes good at organizing plans that benefit everyone. My leadership skills can encourage others to act, while my focus on long-term goals helps create lasting positive change.

It was my final year in junior high and my goal that time was to actually get consecutive honors from all semester because I usually get 3 or 2 honors back then. The problem here is that the lessons and task were challenging especially most of the task were individual so more work for myself. As my academic problems were stacking up so does my personal problems, because of both of these I couldn't help my own feelings sometimes I would feel stressed, mad, anxious, I would even ignore or isolate myself from others because I don't want to suddenly express my feelings towards them. One way I was able to manage my emotions is to learn how to let them out if get angry I go to the gym and lift, if I'm sad I just cry in bed, and most importantly is to share my thoughts on how I feel with different subjects to my classmates or friends as they are always open to hear me out. Using these ways to manage my emotion really helped me as I was able to get consecutive honors throughout the entire school year.
