         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ionic and covalent bonds are used very often and probably everyday. An example of one of the bonds be water (H2O) because hydrogen would be a non-metal and oxygen would be a non-metal as well. As we know covalent bonds are made up of two non-metals which means that H2O (water) is a covalent bond. Another example of the bonds would be table salt (NaCl) because sodium is a metal and chloride is a non-metal. As we know ionic bonds are made up of one non-metal and one metal which means that NaCl (table salt) is an ionic bond. In conclusion, these examples have shown we use these bonds without even noticing.</div>]]></description>
