         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Write it down: Assign a note taker a person to take minumtes. </p></li><li><p>Check-In: set a timer to for five minutes to check-in to review tasks</p></li><li><p>Celebrate: share good news as part of your check-in (should not take more than a few minutes. </p></li><li><p>Get Down to Business:  Set the timer to enure the items are addressed and discussed </p></li><li><p>Keep it moving:  Address each topic, and be mindful not focus in one item</p></li><li><p>Wrap It Up:  The last five minutes can be used as the "wrap-up and review"</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Note taking Form</p><ol><li><p>Agenda Items:  List items, new content, issues that have come p since the last meeting that required discussion, anything new that needs to be discuss</p></li><li><p>Types of Agenda Items: code each agenda item.  Identify the items that need to be discuessed or reviewed </p></li><li><p>Time Required:  A "must", item that needs to be stamp on the meeting form.  It would help to keep the meeting on track. </p></li><li><p>Action Required:  This step determines which action or actions are required as a result of your meeting.  </p></li><li><p>Person Responsible:  Assign taks to the person who will be responsible for completing it.  </p></li><li><p>Timeline:  Be clear "when" the required actions should be completed,set resonable dates. </p></li></ol>]]></description>
