         <description><![CDATA[<p>1) if any technical difficulties were to happen, we might fall behind time and not get fully prepared.</p><p><br/></p><p>2) fear of judgement by classmates will make me unable to voice out my opinions easily.</p><p><br/></p><p>3) fear of procrastination and not being able to get the work done efficiently</p><p><br/></p><p>4) no motivation to self study because there is little push and pressure from the teachers to get our work done.</p><p><br/></p><p>5) distraction, poor time management ,lack of responsibility and other factors can lead to students not getting well prepared before the lessons causing students to be in a confused state of mind in class</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1)  Flipped Learning methodology helps students to improve their  problem solving skills  and time management skills, because during their own learning they will have to organize  their lesson plan and solve any problems that may come along on their own</p><p><br></p><p>2)It also allows students to learn at their own pace so they would not feel the pressure of not being the same pace as their classmates. This is applicable to students who takes more time to understand the concepts.</p><p><br></p><p>3)The students are able to anticipate what the  lesson  is about and be prepared before hand by  learning  basics about the module and this can allow the students to  have deeper and more  meaningful communication  with tutors and class mates</p><p><br></p><p>4)  This methodology  will help students to be more independent in their learning and help them practice the value of responsibility as they have to take the initiative to complete the necessary lesson materials beforehand</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
