         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>What is this?<br></strong><br></div><div>This is a famous Canadian snack food.<br><br></div><div><strong>What is it made from?<br></strong><br></div><div>It is made up of french fries, gravy and cheese curds.<br><br></div><div><strong>How is it prepared?<br></strong><br></div><div>Potatoes are chopped into strips and deep fried in oil, then salted. The gravy is made from beef stock and sometimes ground meat. The cheese can be cut in chunks or grated. While the fries are still hot, the cheese is spread on the french fries. The hot gravy is then poured on the fries to make the cheese melt.<br><br></div><div><strong>How does it taste?<br></strong><br></div><div>It is crispy, salty and gooey.
