St Paul - Conversion:

Post 2.
Saul's conversion into Paul occurred when he was on his way to the city of Damascus. Suddenly surrounded by a light so bright that knocked him to the ground, Paul heard a voice that said: ‘Saul, Saul, why do you persecute Me?’ Saul said, ‘Who are you, Lord?’ And He said, ‘I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting; but rise and enter the city, and you will be told what you are to do.’ This is a significant time in our history because of the conversion of Saul of Tarsus into Paul. Saul’s sudden change confused those around him because he was known as one who hated Christians, who went around seeking them out to banish those individuals he Certainly considered as breaking Jewish law. Suddenly he was transformed from despising the followers of Jesus, but he to believe in the Gospel of that same Jesus Christ.

Post 4.
In this passage, it re-tells the story of Saul’s transformation into Saint Paul. After the conversion, he was sent on a mission to preach to all about God and about the religion of Christianity. So, he preached fearlessly in the name of Jesus. However, the disciples did not believe Paul as they still saw him still as a threat and did not believe that he really was a disciple. However, Paul tried to win over the Hellenistic Jews but they tried to kill him as they believed that he was a trader and that his teachings were wrong. However, Paul never gave up hope because he now believed in Jesus Christ and he too wanted to preach and share knowledge about the lord god.

Post 5.
“Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing. Keeping God’s commands is what counts.” (1 Corinthians 7:19 ) Paul believes you don’t have to be circumcised to believe in the Lord God but to follow the ten commandments because obedience to God begins with accepting the Ten Commandments as the permanent standard for our values and behaviour.

Post 6.
Those who believe in Christianity should love the Lord God, indulge in his spirit and any tenderness of his compassion. But do nothing that relates to selfish ambition or vain conceit. This message is applicable for groups of people today because we need to respect people, value others and put them above us. We can’t judge interest’s others have, just because of their interests are different from what you like. More people need to be kind, mindful and respectful towards others. Most of the society these days are caught up in life and are disrespectful to others.
