Equality is where every individual is seen equally inspite of their cast creed or religion!!
But nowdays people are judging others on the basis of colour and other characteristics. George floyd of America also is a victim of inequality only because he belonged to black people community. The white community killed him for this! So nowdays people need to change their mindset regarding same. No one deserves to be treated bad for their colour cast or religion. I stand with only one religion that is 'Humanity' and expect others to do the same.
Everyone should be treated equally!

In the recent COVID-19 period we have seen our country on the road of Development.....way of becoming more sufficient and able to save our people.
The questions arising for the survival were a lot in number but we were able to make developments as an answer to these questions.
We were able to create medical spaces for the victims...we were able to provide them with essential things....to help them fight.

In India, the 42nd amendment of Indian Constitution has recognised India as a secular nation.
But in India, the Muslims live under Sharia-Muslim Law, whereas Hindu,Sikh and Christians live under the common law.
The Indian Constitution permits financial support to religious schools.
These efforts made by the members of our Constituent Assembly has given importance to each religion.
If each and every religion is recognised by our constitution,then why are there riots all over the country because of religion?Why

On June 8, 2018, Chandrashekhar Azad, a Dalit leader from Uttar Pradesh, completed one year in jail. Azad was not serving jail time after being convicted in a criminal case. Far from a conviction, there had not even been a trial. Azad was, instead, in “preventive detention”. His time in jail was — and continues to be — sanctioned by the National Security Act of 1980, which allows the State to imprison people for up to one year without bringing a charge against them. The NSA had been invoked by the Uttar Pradesh government in November, when Azad had already been held in custody for a few months on charges of rioting and attempt to murder. Ironically, it was invoked again, immediately, after Azad was granted bail by the Allahahad High Court, which specifically observed that the charges against him appeared to be politically motivated.

That Azad was kept in prison for 15 months, despite a court order saying his arrest by ‘politically motivated’, is quite the proof that preventive detentions are unconstitutional laws that equip the executive with judicial powers. Under these preventive laws, the State is the victim, the arbitrator and the judge. Over the last 3 months of lockdown, the Delhi Police has arrested several students from JNU JAMAIA and AMU who participated in anti-CAA protestes and some have been in custody for months.

The Delhi Police has said these arrests are In connection to riots in Delhi.
