There is also the effect on TV producers as they are being ever more excluded because of the ever more apparent digitalisation of the media industry. Though in more recent years the introduction of catchup TV.

There has also been a change in digital technology with Apple and Microsoft climbing higher and higher up the list of top businesses in the world as of 2008. Now though the list for 2014 has been released, with a record of the difference from 2009- 2014. Apple was top of this list with an increase of 401% and Google is 2nd with an increase os 272%
