The mentor in King Tritan aka Ariel's father he is Ariel's mentor he helps her and keep's her safe.

The ally which is Flounder,Scattle they also help Ariel and they are her best friends .

Threshold Guardian which are Flotsam and Jetsam they are Ursula's backup they help Ursula ruin Ariel's life like when they flipped over the boat when Ariel and Prince was going to kiss but they flipped the boat and got them wet and they also peer pressure her into things .

The Herald is the crab Sebastian she helps her as well like when someone is coming he signals her to hurry up and just help her not make bad choices .

And last but always least is The Shapeshifter Ursula she transformed into a pretty princess and try to marry the prince but seriously failed and Ariel got to marry her one true love.
