However, the chemicals listed above are found in MOST E-Cigarettes. In addition, E-Cigarettes that are marketed to be nicotine free often contain small amounts of nicotine still! Most if not all of these substances are addictive, specifically nicotine. Nicotine creates the high when using E-Cigarettes because of the release of dopamine in the brain.

When E-Ciggarettes were first introduced, they were advertised as a 'safer alternative' to cigarettes. However, that claim has been completely debunked. The FDA confirmed that E-Ciggarettes contain the same addictive chemicals as cigarettes do. Even so, E-Cigarettes are more addictive because of the amount of chemicals given in E-Cigarette. To be short, E-Cigarettes are NOT safe.

There are so many ways & things to do when you're seeking help, I will be providing 2 ways on how to help. One great way of fixing your craving is that you can take Bupropion. Bupropion is a medicine that stops withdrawing from the vapes after you quit. You are supposed to take this supplement 1 to 2 weeks before you quit daily & for 7 to 12 weeks after you decide to quit. Another therapeutic exercise for trying to stop is the NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy). FDA approved. The NRT is a nicotine stick with very low doses of nicotine. Without the nicotine, the vapes are practically pointless because the nicotine gives the head rush/sensation that people love.

The primary agent of E-cigarettes is a highly addictive drug called nicotine. It takes only seconds for the effects of this drug to set in. It causes a release of dopamine in the brain which gives people a good feeling and causes users to crave that feeling. To quit any addictive drug is very difficult and nicotine is no exception to this, surveys have shown that while %80 of smokers would like to quit, less than %5 are able to do so on their own. Symptoms of nicotine withdrawal include feeling irritated, restless, anxious, depressed, hungrier than usual, etc.
