When it comes to music, i listen to most things such as: 90's hip-hop, Rock, pop, R&B, D&B, Bass line, Reggae just to name a few. However, i don't like country music all that much. Some Rock bands i enjoy are Metallica, Gun's n Roses, Black Sabbath and Limp Bizkit.

My favourite genre however, is chill hip-hop. Not a lot of people produce this type of music and aren't well known. some of these include: NamesBliss, Jehst, Wale the Sage and Freddie Gibbs. All of these genres and singers inspire me to create music because it makes a difference in peoples lives, and me being able to do this would be amazing to see.

Me and my mate create music with his DJ decks in his room when we have spare time, we can spend hours creating different mixes and songs. It is a safe place and the highlight of my day. He introduced me into creating my own music and now we create music together.

I would pick a favourite song but the thing is, i listen to such a variety on genres, its hard to choose. If i had to pick my favourite song in chill hip-hop, it would either be 1985 by Freddie Gibbs, or Blueue by wale the sage. Freddie Gibbs song is soul touching, it has a Lofi type beat with an amazing guitar lead throughout the song, i feel peaceful and nostalgic when i listen to it.

I have been to 2 concerts in the last year, D Block Europe and 21 savage. me and my sister both enjoyed their music and when we saw there were on tour in the uk, we had to see them, Especially as they are US rappers. Next year, im going to see Dave as his tickets are being released on 20th October.

My aspirations in music are to be able to learn to produce and my my own songs, eventually being able to release my own music and have clients to work with. I will only be making beats as i cant sing or rap. I'd also like to be a DJ and mix songs at clubs or festivals.

I think i will achieve them by learning the basic in college, then in the future, working with other more experienced producers. This will help because i can learn different techniques and tips from them and potentially create a song with them, boosting my popularity.
