I would like to reach out to each one of you and give my sincere thanks for supporting me over the period of my tenure.

It would have been a dream if someone told me that I will be part of such lovely, and supportive team.

I have been vocal from my Day 1 for the team support and warmth each and everyone has for each other.

I would like to thanks everyone, in my own way of words.

It started with.

1. Poovarasan- My first contact with Team started with a call as part of my interview. Although I was a bit scared, but, you were very calm and and helped me settle in. Since then you have guided us all in numerous ways. Iam stilll bit scared of you, but mostly ill miss the long talks we had, bikes and car discussions we had and the lunch hours. I wish you all the very best Poovarasan.

2. Manali - The "Everyone's Favorite" you have been my go to person from get go. I-am still amazed by the positivity you have, the never ending energy and the jolly nature of yours. I have said many times, still will say it, I-am lucky enough to have you as a Team lead. I have constantly nagged you for small small issues from going home to smallest of issues, and you have helped me with same smile and happy face. Will be forever grateful.

3. Rohit Sir: Sir, your energy, commitment is un-parallel. Honored to be working under your guidance. Thank you so much.

4. Shiva Sir: Who told Managers are all work?? Have you seen our Shiva sir? You have shown us that we can have fun and work together, you have shown me what is team worth of. I have learnt a great deal from you sir. Thank you so much.

5. Nitin: The way you call me Indra, like its so soothing, it feels like someone of my own calls me out, Forever will be greatful to you, your support, your guidance, your energy and never say never attitude. I take back many learnings from you, and wish you all health and peace of mind and Body. Godspeed.

6. Vasu: Thank you for everything, all the support, the constant moral boosting efforts and the always happy face. Thank you so much.

7. Shaily Rani - Well, not all mentors are grumpy or serious, some have good heart as you as well, My first mentor here, and till date a great one at that. Thank you for all the help, all the guidance and all the small talks and fun time we had. I think you know the respect I have for you. Only 1 thing, you have been great, you will continue to be great and have a great career here. P.S: Do not dare to forget me. Try to meet-up sometimes.

8. Shivani: Mentor number 2, well it never seemed to be a mentor mentee bond, more of a good friend bond. Hope for your success, and good health. Chao.

9. Akhila and Prerna: Coz you are 1+1 always. Thank you for your support and all the good memories, As I say "My teachers" be safe, be happy and we will meet always. I have lots to say but will control and hold of here. Please miss my food and the lunch breaks. Peaceout !!

10. Santhosh : Well the heart of Shopping cart team, how far I have come till now, is all because of your patience, Guidance with me. You been like a big brother to me. I have been hectic to you, sometimes a headache, but you have just handled me with all grace. I cant thank you enough for what you have done for me. I hope you get all success and happiness.

11. Elveera: "Un-paid Therapist" that's the word. Thaaank you so much for everything.

12. Megha: Miss "Direct team". Thank you for being a great friend, will miss your laughs and jokes. Do miss me and be in touch.

13. Roopak: You have been very supportive and guided me, whenever i have asked for your help. Will miss the times with you.

14. Chetan: Mr. Chetan, you are like a brother to me, from day 1 of my onboarding till date, it has been a blast to be with you, will cherish forever. I wish to see to see you all healthy and running again. Cheers

15. Ajjaiah: Sir, 1 word- Awsome. You are great, you deserve great and you will be remembered.

16. Veena Mam: Mam although we have only spent 3 days during client visit, you have been great, thank you for those memories and moment, I will still remember that PPT :).

There are many I have had great times with, shoutout to all of you for being a great part of journey. If i have missed out anyone please note, all my respect, prayers and gratitude is with everyone, I have every small memory still fresh.

If I have made any mistake or have irritated anyone to much. Please dont mind and remember me as someone who was new to this and wanted to learn and have a good team spirit.

Before I close of, 2 people I want to mention, with I have had the bestest of time and greatest of selfies.

1. Mr. Yeshwant Nagraju: Brother thank you for everything, we came in together not knowing each other, but we have shared a great bond. Have good success, good health and a promise to be in touch.

2. Mithun: My dear Mithun, you are the most humble and happy soul i have seen anyone. Iam sorry that you have more work coz of me. But one thing iam very greatful to you is the support, the brotherhood you have had with me.

As they say in Long partnership: Someone will get out and other has to carry on to make it big. My brother i say my goodbye to you here and please carry on the Banton forward. Dont dare to forget me.

I wish that our team succeed more, be healthy everyone and stay together and be the backbone to each other.

Just wanted to share my experience with the lovely technical team which I am a part of!

The freshers who have joined Vineetha, Lalitha and Vishnu have adapted and grasped everything so well. They are always available and eager to learn.

Manikanta/ Mani anna has been a wonderful person to look up to. The way he manages to handle multiple things without breaking a sweat is commendable!

Vivek has been the best lead one can have. Always has the team's back, looking out for us. Grateful.

Last but not the least Pallavi, thank you for working so relentlessly and being the only name that pops up in our head whenever we face any kind of issue. Keep up the good work and solve all our issues with a smiling face as always!

Feels amazing to be a part BMW project as a whole! :)

The best part is, I have always seen you greet us with a smile and also, continuously guiding us until the issue has been resolved.

The person who paved the way for me was Manikanta, who has been a constant support since the beginning. Since day one, I have been inspired by him to be a complete professional.

Vivek being the lead with such a calm attitude, has been like a pillar and guiding us with all the possible inputs.

Siddharth has been like a brother to me and taught me how to handle stress work related or not. The best thing which I implemented was to just enjoy the working environment I am a part of. I look up to him for his cool attitude and also for his fashion sense as well.

Vineetha, Lalitha and Vishnu, even after being new to the team have grasped the subject really nicely and work with great enthusiasm.
