I don't have the time or energy for this.." Lets be honest, we've all said this sitting in traffic on our way to the office. What if we could meet virtually in the space of our own home? Have a nice hot coffee fresh from the pot how we like it and maybe some slippers too.. No one can see your feet anyways.

The team is being bogged down by so many in person meetings.
-Traffic
-Dressing presentable every day
-Gas
-Not enough time

Why are in person meetings bogging the team down? Because they take up too much time and are repetitive.

If we found a productive way to hold meetings virtually.. What would the requirements be? 

The virtual site would need to be able to hold meetings with camera and mic access, allow multiple people to join, have private meeting rooms, and not too expensive because we do not want to lose money by doing this.

Skype.com and MeetUp.com! 

Both Skype and MeetUp are both affordable and check all the boxes! They both allow multiple people to join in on private meetings.

The Waking Up team contains 21 people:

-Skype business costs $125 per month for 25 participants.

-Meetings can hold 25 people
-Office 365 is connected (this can make it very easy when giving presentations)
-Allows screen sharing
-Video sharing
-Mic
-Private

Skype Cons:
-It is $125 a month for 25 people.. The team may grow beyond that considering it is already at 21 employees! 

MeetUp Pros
-Meetings can hold up to 50 for $15
-Video sharing
-Private
-Mic
-This is a great option for recruiting! We can be on more peoples radars for not only employees but many different people looking for life coaching! This is a great way to extend our reach to multiple different people

MeetUp Cons:
