Surgical procedure- is recommended if otitis occur more than 4 times in a year.

Complete antibiotic therapy to prevent super infection

Avoid getting water in ear especially when otitis media is present (use ear plugs when shampooing hair)

Report any decrease in hearing loss, increase pain in the affected ear.
