I like these media because it entertains me, they create a space where I don't feel pressured by society and my own expectation of myself. A way to leap out of reality and intake a dose of digital dopamine.

Yes, they do they are a big part of my life just like when I go to bed I try to read Mangas to push myself to sleep. Somewhat, it is unhealthy, being in bed not being productive. Media has been a very big part of my life that it is hard to see a world without it, althogh I depend on it, it is not something that will always satisfy my cravings for entertainment.
