I see that the group of people walking down a street. They look like they're a family on vacation in singapore as i can tell from the sign post and as the fact that they are travelling in a huge group while holding hands and as the man who is probably the grandfather  of the family as he is the oldest male in the group is carrying a luggage  . The family is also dressed casually hence i came to a conclusion that they are on a vacation. I can tell from that the picture that the family are shopping as the picture shows a shopping district evident by the Gucci shop behind them. Answer :  In the photo/video, we can see a family of 6 enjoying their day by having a simple walk down Orchard Road, they seem to really enjoy each other’s company. If I were in the photo, I would feel very happy. This is because it is a rare opportunity to find time between our different and busy schedules, getting to spend time with our family members. Through this, I’d get to reflect on whether I have spent enough time with my family members or if I really understand them well enough. This is also an opportunity for us to relax, strengthen our kinship and enjoy each other’s presence. I agree to a certain extent that family vacations can be quite stressful, this is because we have to find a time that everyone would agree to and we might have to Sacrifice time to spend time with them. Hence, instead of helping us to relieve, going on a family vacation will actually bring about more problems for us. For example, my family once wanted to plan for a family vacation. I think that spending time with family is important. Very often we may not be able to spend time with our family. Many parents may even burn the midnight oil and work overtime. So when given the time,we should not take family time for granted and use the time wisely. With our current pandemic, most of our families are working from home. I think this is a great opportunity to spend time with them.  When we spend time with our family, we are able to strengthen our bonds and support each other especially if you going through a hard time. Usually my family will set aside time a week to sit down together for a meal. I agree to a certain extent that teenagers nowadays are not spending enough time with their families.Firstly, they are obsessed with their digital gadgets. Everywhere we go, we can observe them using it for a long period of time.This routine eventually turns to a habit and addiction. For example, results have shown that most of the millennials are spending time using social media platforms such as Instagram. As a result of this, they tend to neglect the need of having family time. Thus, I agree with the statement. They are feeling very happy and delighted, walking along the streets of Orchard Road. It shows a family of 6 smiling and looking like they are having a whale of a time. They are probably there to shop as Orchard Road is very well-known for its shopping malls. If i were the kid in the picture, i would feel very excited as there aren’t many opportunities for the whole family to go out together during this pandemic. Hence, i will enjoy and treasure the times spent with my family. From this picture, i am realising that i haven’t been spending enough quality time with my family despite living under the same roof during this period. the activity that we can do is to go out and exercise, this will bring us closer together as a family. Coming from a not well off family, going out to shop would be a blessing. response: no, i do not usually spend time with family. firstly, due to our tight schedules and the gruelling amount of work we have on our plates, we rarely have time to spend with each other. since i have school in the morning and my parents work the night shift, there is only small window of time we get to interact with each other. My weekends are spent mugging for exams and attending tuition classes, hence leaving little to no time for my family. At times, i feel that i am closer to my friends than family since i am see them mostly at school. However due to the recent outbreak of the corona virus, i finally get to spend more quality time at home with my family. This is certainly  a blessing in 
disguise as it has provided me an opportunity to reconnect and bond with my family again.  Although my complex and busy lifestyle robs me away from my family I hope in future, i can maintain this amount of

Although some might argue that family gatherings are not important as they may think that it is a waste of time or might think that it is boring, I disagree with their opinion. To start off, I think that family gatherings help us to develop stronger bonds among our family members, especially towards the older and younger generations. Some elderly may not have the knowledge of using technology to communicate with their grandchildren, so this would cause a generation gap which eventually lead to them not being close. When families go on trips and outings together, the barrier of technology between the young and the old vanishes and they are able to communicate efficiently with each other without feeling burdened by the fact that their elderly may not know how to use their digital devices.

Answer: I believe that over the years, such time used for family varies from family to family. The recent COVID-19 virus has caused the world to change drastically and such changes include staying at home and working at home. As a result, most families have more time to spend with each other as they are all stuck at home together. Upon staying at home due to implementation of home based learning, I have realised that I have spent more time with my family as compared to before. Before the pandemic, we would barely have enough time to eat dinner with each other as we'd be preoccupied with our own things but now, we eat all of our three meals together. However, I also have seen instances of families spending less time with each other nowadays. even with the circuit breaker. This might be due to unwillingness to interact with one another or maybe even a deeper issue. I agree to a certain extent. If we put ourselves in a school's perspective, we do see many students who are not as distant to their loved ones. They oftentimes ditch their homes to go clubs and parties with their "friends", not having a care in the world about their family's wellbeing nor theirs. These students are typically retainees who abuse their freedom to flout school and laws. 
However, there is the majority who does care for their families. During this pandemic, many teenagers are typically isolated at home with their family members. In this circuit breaker, many starts to care about their family member's health, mentally and physically. That is because, we start to notice the imprtance in staying sane together and how to get through this circuit breaker as one.
